Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the VU Integrated Services work order portal (the "Portal"). By creating an account or using the Portal you agree to these terms.

1. Accounts

Portal accounts are issued to property managers and VU Integrated Services staff. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity carried out under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Portal only for legitimate property maintenance and compliance purposes. You must not attempt to access data belonging to other users, interfere with the operation of the Portal, or upload unlawful, misleading or harmful content.

3. Work orders and quotes

Submitting a work order is a request for services. It does not create a binding contract until VU Integrated Services accepts and schedules the job. Pricing, invoices and completion documentation issued through the Portal form part of the service record for each job.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the property, tenant and landlord information you upload. You grant VU Integrated Services a licence to use that information for the purpose of delivering, scheduling and documenting the requested services, and confirm you have the authority to provide it.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the Portal available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change, and maintenance or outages may occur without notice.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, VU Integrated Services is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Portal. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. Work order history is retained as a business and compliance record even after an account is closed.
